PICKUP CATERING

Choose to pick up anything from the menu below. We provide hot food in disposable and/or reusable chafing setups (w/ rental fee), and cold food prepared in serving dishes for easy presentation. Please allow at least 72 hours advance notice.

  • 50 person order minimum (subject to change)

  • Delivery may be available with additional fee

  • 10% gratuity added to all pickup & drop off orders

  • Chafing Dish Rentals: $10 per chafing dish

  • Paid invoice confirms your order.

OFF SITE FOOD TRUCK CATERING

Let our team and truck come to you! We require the food truck for all off-site catering. Depending on your event, we may recommend buffet-style service where guests serve themselves or “street style” service where guests order at the food truck window and wait for their order, about 5 to 10 minutes. 

The truck is approximately 24 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 12 feet tall. We require easy access in and out of your venue, in addition to 110AC power within 100 feet. Travel cost outside of Bend city limits is $200. 

Expect a team of professionals who hustle, are courteous to guests, and practice high sanitary standards. We arrive dressed in black, on time. We prepare buffet tables, attend the buffet line, and leave our space clean after leaving. We operate with two staff members per event. Please inquire about additional staff and/or extended hours if you require more services beyond what is provided.

We do ask you to provide all tables, table cloths, plates, utensils, napkins, garbage cans, cups etc. We provide the food, platters, and serving utensils.

Off Site Catering Minimums

$2,000 Minimum October - May | $3,000 Minimum June - September (Not Including Gratuity)

MMinimums include the cost of food and labor. $30 per hour per employee. 20% gratuity is added to total food & beverage cost, and is not included in catering minimum.

$1,000 deposit required. Your paid deposit confirms your event date and contractual obligations. If you have to cancel the event, half (50%) of your deposit will be forfeited. We do not refund deposits for events canceled with less than two (1) month's notice. Exceptions include forest fires and other climate-related events. Final headcount is required two weeks (14 days) prior to event.

ABOUT OUR MENUS

We currently offer our two concepts, Barrio and Shimshon, in catering format. Barrio is our Latin inspired menu centered around Mexican “street tacos” and Spanish paella. Shimshon is our Mediterranean concept that highlights our homemade hummus, falafel, spiced meats, delicious sauces and flatbreads. Between both of these concepts, we’re able to satisfy all dietary restrictions involving gluten, dairy, meat, nuts, eggs, etc.
